6 Month Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Quick Extender Pro is backed by a 6 month money back guarantee that is designed to protect our customers.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In order to claim your guarantee and receive your full refund amount, the following conditions must be met:

  • The user must give the Quick Extender Pro a realistic time frame in order to see results. We request that the user follow our program for 6 months before returning the product.
  • The product must be returned in the next 20 days after the 6 month period has expired.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable. For customers that did not pay for shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your balance to cover the initial cost of shipping the product to you.

Returned Products

All Products authorized to be returned must be 100% complete with all original packaging including boxes, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards and any additional materials provided by the Vendor. Incomplete Product returns may be subject to a fee as determined by the Vendor. There is a $20 disposal fee on all returned items.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments, except for Defective/DOA or Damaged Product returns.

*The satisfaction guarantee only covers full Quick Extender Pro packages. Spare parts or accessories are not covered by the 6 month satisfaction guarantee and cannot be returned.

Order Cancelation Requests

I would like to cancel my order before it has shipped:

Each bundle is carefully assembled to ensure the highest standard of quality control. This process guarantees a package free of defects and ensures the bundle comes complete with all that was described at checkout. Hand assembly of the Quick Extender Pro bundles require significant time and resources and is required to provide our customers with the best service and products on the market. Cancelling an order before it is shipped out will incur a 25% cancellation fee to compensate the bundle building assembly process. Assembled bundles are never resold to future customers to maintain product integrity as enhanced cleaning standards are applied during the assembly process.

I would like to return my package within the 6 month return window:

If you elect to return your package before the required 6 months, you will be subject to a 25% return fee plus any shipping fees incurred by us for the dispatch, fulfillment and return of the product as you have not provided the item adequate time to benefit from its usage. This contradicts our return policy which guarantees noticeable results in that timeframe. Returned unopened/opened bundles are never resold to future customers as product integrity and hygienic conditions can no longer be guaranteed.

I would like to return my package within the 6 month return window:

If the product was shipped and refused/rejected upon delivery with the intent to cancel the order it will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee, plus any shipping fees incurred by us for the dispatch, fulfillment and return of the product. Returned unopened/open bundles are never resold to future customers as product integrity and hygienic conditions can no longer be guaranteed.

My order RTS’d (returned to sender)

It is the customers responsibility to be informed as to when the item will be arriving by paying attention to the tracking number provided (either by email or text message notification). The tracking number provided is an international tracking number and should be tracked using your federal postal service. If the courier does not leave the package in the mailbox or with a resident, the item will be sent to the post office to be picked up or for the customer to make further delivery arrangements, which again is the customer’s responsibility. If the customer does not meet these requirements, they will be subjected to a reshipping fee for another delivery attempt.

I provided incorrect shipping information

If the customer provided incorrect shipping information (wrong address or apartment number) and the item has been delivered, it is recognized that we have fulfilled our obligation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and it is assumed when an order has been received, the shipping address is correct and valid.

If the customer elects to have the item reshipped that has shown to be delivered to the incorrect address, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping and handling along with a 50% reduced package fee of the chosen bundle to be reshipped.

If the customer decides to cancel the order, the customer will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee, plus any shipping fees incurred by us for the dispatch, fulfillment and return of the product.

If the item is returned to us and the customer wishes to have it reshipped, then the customer will be subject to a small reshipping fee.

It is past 6 months, I would like to return my order:

If you elect to keep your order for the duration of the return policy (6 months from received date) and decide to return your item, your refund will be the complete purchase price minus shipping cost.

The order was delivered (tracking information provided confirms delivery) but I did not receive anything:

If the package has been confirmed to be delivered via the tracking information provided, the customer must open an investigation with the courier company (typically USPS in USA) and request an insurance claim which will cover the cost of the goods delivered.
